Hecho totalmente en photoshop, y ya se que su rodilla izquierda.

The ! marquee isn't there in the original hammer but I put it there as a reference to the original picture (see the girl's T-shirt).
Sooooo, it was totally done in photoshop, and I am aware her left knee is a bit weird.
